Baby Reflexology 1:1 session (1 hour - Includes Notes and Oil) €20 each or 3 for €50
Suitable for babies aged 6 weeks – 12 months
Includes travel within Castleblayney area to your home (you would only need 2-3 sessions 1:1)
Reflexology for babies, toddler and children is where parents learn to treat their children with reflexology techniques on the feet and hands. I focus on areas such as sleep, digestion, teething and much more for your babies and young children.
What is baby reflexology?
Baby reflexology works in the same way an adult reflexology treatment would. You work on an adult-specific points on the babies/toddler’s feet and this corresponds to specific points in the babies/toddler’s body, upon stimulation of these reflex points various conditions may be eased including:
• Colic, wind and constipation
• Ear/Sinus congestion
• Teething pain
• Sleeping problems
• Feeding problems
• Digestive issues
• Baby reflex can be done anywhere (supermarket, bank, when changing a nappy) no clothes to take off just the
socks!
• No powders/lotions/cream/oils are needed, just your gentle touch
