I have worked with women, children and families for the past 10 years in a variety of settings. My current role as a Health Promotion Community Worker in an Early Years setting has given me a breadth of experience and knowledge of working with families. My theoretical background is a degree in Food Science and Nutrition and a Masters in Health Promotion and Population Health. Continuing professional development has been ongoing gaining professional qualifications in Infant Massage, Infant Reflexology and Parent and Baby Yoga, as well as Adult Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Thai Foot Massage. Confidentiality is always maintained and be assured of proper signposting to other support services in the areas I work in. I am happy to discuss any of the courses or therapies with you and provide an outline of what is covered and what may suit you. | ||

BABY PRICES
Baby Massage / Baby Reflexology Courses: €40 for 4 week group sessions
Baby Massage 1:1 session (1 hour - Includes Notes and Oil) €20 or 3 for €50
Suitable for babies aged 6 weeks – 12 months

Parent and Baby Yoga 1:1 Session €20 or 3 for €50
Suitable for babies aged 3 – 4 months up to 12 months
Baby Reflexology 1:1 Session €20 or 3 for €50
(1 hour - Includes notes) suitable for babies aged 6 week up to 12months
Parent and Baby Swimming Lessons
